Garrett Plescow Moore is a dedicated policy and communications professional with a deep commitment to the fight against COVID-19 in King County.
Currently pursuing a Master's in Government with a Concentration in Security Studies at Johns Hopkins University, Garrett's educational journey has been enriched by diverse experiences at institutions like Scripps Ranch High School, Boston University, Instituto Internacional, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, San Diego Mesa College, and The Johns Hopkins University.
With a solid background, Garrett has honed his skills through various professional roles, including serving as a Communications Specialist III at Public Health Seattle & King County, Political & Nonprofit Consultant, Regional Organizing Director with Warren for President, District Representative at the U.S. House of Representatives, Field Organizer at Washington State Democrats, Senior Fellow at Jewish World Watch, Founding Member and Campaign Manager at Stand With Congo, as well as holding positions at Global Forum for Development (GLOFORD) Uganda and the Center for American Progress (Enough Project).
