Garrett McLaughlin is a Partner at Impact Search, focusing on Director and VP level Product and Design searches, particularly in Fintech, Cyber Security, and AI/ML.1 He has been with Impact Search since at least 2010.3
Prior to joining Impact Search, Garrett worked as an associate at various investment funds in New York City and Sydney, concentrating on early-stage technology startups and renewable energy.1 He also co-founded Assembly Group in 2015-2016 and served as Business Development Lead and Advisor at Connected Patents from 2012 to 2016.3
Garrett holds a BA from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of New South Wales.1 He currently resides in the Outer Sunset neighborhood of San Francisco with his family and enjoys surfing and sailing.1
