Garland Fuller is a hyper-connector, inclusion & equity strategist, and leadership business partner with extensive experience in various environments such as professional services, start-ups, and agencies.

Currently a senior member of CBRE's People Recruiting team in Los Angeles, she boasts 8 years in commercial real estate and over 15 years in talent acquisition, collaborating with market and divisional leaders to enhance recruitment and retention outcomes.

Garland actively engages with university student organizations, professional development groups, employee resource organizations, and community figures to establish meaningful connections and partnerships. Her primary goal is to address challenges by expanding representation and diversity at decision-making tables, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.

As the host of 'Full Circle with Garland,' a weekly podcast, she engages in career discussions with diverse entrepreneurs, executives, and thought leaders who share her passion for social impact, authentic inclusion, and sustainable wealth creation.

She holds a BA in American Studies and an MS in HR Development from UC Berkeley, and serves on the board of African American Real Estate Professional Los Angeles (AAREP LA), the advisory board for Real Estate Association of Latinx Professional (REAL), and actively participates in the ULI Los Angeles Urban Plan committee.
