He studied Business Administration and earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Southern Connecticut State University.

Gareth has held various roles in the real estate sector, having worked as a California Real Estate Broker at GGCARE.com, a Realtor Associate at LDM Commercial, and a Portfolio Manager at The Perrie Mundy Group, among others.

His experience also extends to executive roles, having been the Chief Business Development Officer at Universal Construction and an Executive Assistant at DeLeon Realty.

Prior to his real estate and executive positions, Gareth was involved in preservation acquisitions at Yale University as well as the Center for International and Professional Experience at the same institution.
