Ganesh holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and multiple Master's degrees in Engineering/Industrial Management, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

He also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from L.D College of Engineering in Ahmedabad.

Throughout his career, Ganesh has held key positions in reputable organizations such as E.D. Etnyre & Co., Caterpillar Inc., Neuco, Inc., and Automated Analysis Corporation.

His roles have included President and CEO, Global Head of Power Generation, Director of Strategic Initiatives, and various operational and managerial positions.

Ganesh's diverse background includes leadership in new product introduction, operations management, 6 Sigma deployment, and IT consultation.

He has also made significant contributions to thermal and fluid engineering and has excelled in driving growth and innovation in global markets.

His tenure at Caterpillar Inc. involved spearheading initiatives in lesser regulated countries, managing engine and genset operations in India, and overseeing new product introductions in emerging markets.

Not only has Ganesh been a hands-on leader in manufacturing and supply chain functions, but he has also applied his expertise in IT consultancy and academia, contributing as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Penn State University.
