Galen Garrison is a highly accomplished program and project manager with over 20 years of experience in various industries such as cloud, contact center, HR management, e-Commerce, insurance, and employment screening. With a strong education background, including an MBA in Information Security Management and a BS in Management & Computer Information Systems, Galen has demonstrated skills in architecture, business and systems analysis, and effective team management. He has worked with globally dispersed teams and is adept at using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid PM and SDLC methodologies. Galen has a proven track record of delivering successful solutions, analyzing and solving complex problems, organizing and prioritizing tasks, prioritizing customer demands, and providing high-quality solutions on time and on budget.

Galen's expertise extends to leading cross-functional teams, achieving ambitious goals through solid execution of well-planned strategies, and delivering consistent, high-value results.
