Gal Oron

Gal Oron is the CEO and co-founder of Zoomin Software, a company that provides a comprehensive dynamic publishing solution and analytics platform for product content.12 He has been leading Zoomin since January 2015.1

Prior to Zoomin, Gal had a diverse career in technology and business:

1. He served as a Partner at Trigger Partners from 2010 to 2014.1
2. Worked in M&A at Verint Systems from 2010 to 2012.1
3. Held various positions at Orsus (later acquired by NICE Systems), including:
   • President (2005-2009)
   • Director of Sales Marketing (2003-2005)
   • Software Engineer (2000-2002)1

Gal has a background as a former fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force.3 He co-founded Zoomin in 2016, growing it to approximately 150 employees with a focus on diversity, as 53% of the workforce is female.3

In September 2024, Salesforce announced its acquisition of Zoomin Software for about $450 million.4 The acquisition was completed on November 1, 2024, with Gal Oron continuing as CEO of Zoomin under Salesforce.5

Gal Oron's educational background includes studies at Tel Aviv University (2000-2003) and New York University (2010-2011).1
