In addition to his role at Halas-Tech, Gal Avital serves as the Lead Partnerships & Business Development for EMEA & APAC at M12, Microsoft's venture fund, where he has been since October 2020. His responsibilities include sourcing startups for partnerships and facilitating acquisitions by Microsoft. He is also involved in mentoring through Meta’s Women Mentorship Program in Israel.1
Gal has a background in business development and strategic partnerships, having previously worked with companies like Singtel and Cream Software Engineering. He is dedicated to using his expertise to advocate for cancer patients' rights and streamline bureaucratic processes through initiatives like Gal Yarok, which he co-founded in June 2020.1
