Gail Trugman-Nikol is a seasoned professional with a diverse career background spanning advertising, PC training, and business consulting.

Starting her career in advertising, she later ventured into the emerging field of PC training and founded GLTN Computer Consultants in 1988, growing it significantly before successfully selling the company in 1997.

Recognizing the importance of process improvement and documentation, Gail established Unique Business Solutions in 2005, where she has excelled as a trusted advisor to numerous clients, ensuring the safeguarding and enhancement of critical business processes.

Gail has also been actively involved in various professional organizations, serving as a board member of the Institute of Management Accountants and delivering engaging lectures at events nationwide. Additionally, she is a respected writer, with publications in well-known journals.
