Early Life and Career

Thackray was raised in Yorkshire, England and moved to the United States at age 40.46 She has written a memoir titled "Running With Wolves: A Woman's Memoir of Sex, Scandal and Seduction" which details her life experiences.6

Ranch Indian Springs

In 1991, Thackray purchased a 40-acre property in Sylmar, California known as Ranch Indian Springs for $73,320.1 The ranch was used as a production location for adult films, Penthouse magazine shoots, and other movies.1 Thackray later transitioned the ranch into a spiritual retreat center.1

In 2017-2018, much of the ranch was destroyed by the Creek Fire, including the studio and archives which housed a large erotic library valued at $50 million.1 Only a few structures remain on the property today.1

Current Work
