I managed project orders and smaller orders from quotation stage through delivery of product.I had direct communication with the customer, end user, customer representatives, our salesmen, the factory and upper management.I insured that all terms and obligations of the agreed contract were met.I managed client / customer meetings and inspections.I attended project kick off meetings.I worked to resolve issues with the project both internally and with the customer.I was in constant communication with my customer and internally with plant and office managers to gather information regarding status and progress of the manufacturing of product.  I gave daily/weekly/monthly status updates to management regarding project progress and any issues that need to be resolved.  I organized and ran meetings and conference calls to make sure customer’s needs were being met and how we would meet those needs in a timely manner.I worked with multiple internal departments to gather and create documents to send to my customer for their approval.  Examples: product drawings, piping and wiring schematics, paint specifications, metallurgy reports, equipment test reports and certifications, instruction and maintenance manuals.I developed a work practice for handling the creation of documents that must be supplied for all shipments going into Russia and Brazil. These countries have very many detailed and specific documents that must be supplied before our product can be shipped into these countries.  I also coordinated warranty work that needed to be performed once our product was installed in the field.I trained multiple teams on how to use the system, LiveLink, for document storage, retrieval and tracking.  This system allowed us to track document submittals and approvals from our customer.
