Gaia Amatteis is a talented Program Manager with extensive experience in project management, planning, organization, and process optimization. She is a proud Double Master Degree holder in International Business and Economics from Università degli Studi di Pavia and Universität Hohenheim. During her studies, Gaia interned at Robert Bosch in Tokyo and Stuttgart in the purchasing department and PMO team. Her professional career started at Procter & Gamble, where she worked as the Customization Initiative Leader and Market Intelligence Leader in the supply chain department. Later Gaia relocated to Italy and served as the Program Operation Associate for Techstars Smart Mobility Accelerator in Turin, and as the Interim Operations Manager at Nickelytics, one of the startups of the program in the mobility-advertising space. Currently, she serves as the Program Manager at RootCamp in Hannover, Germany. In this role, she brings her expertise in event management, data analysis, and an exceptional ability to communicate with startups and stakeholders. Gaia's hobbies include sports, meditation, dancing, and traveling.
