Gage Smith

Gage Smith is a dedicated community and economic development practitioner with a strong background in agribusiness retention, youth workforce resilience, and international development. With 5 years of experience in the field, Gage is currently a second-year graduate student at The Ohio State University pursuing a master’s degree in International Development Studies. His academic journey includes a bachelor’s degree in Community Leadership: Community and Extension Education and an associate’s degree in Agriculture, both from The Ohio State University. Gage's education aligns with his interests in food security, gender equity, and international development and relations. Gage has a diverse professional background, with previous roles ranging from Intern to Program Coordinator in various organizations, including Tetra Tech, IMPACT Community Action, and The Ohio State University.
