Gaby Peña Fraga

Gaby Peña Fraga is a mission-driven, entrepreneurial product development executive and internal founder with 15 years of experience in driving strategy, execution, and go-to-market for large technology companies, startups, and non-tech native organizations.

Gaby excels in growth, new product development, and complex product delivery, with a passion for building products and strategies from the ground up, fostering innovation, and leading diverse and engaged teams.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Gaby is an investor and advisor focusing on climate and nature-positive startups, as well as mission-oriented innovators.

Education-wise, Gaby studied Government at Harvard University, Design & Technology at the San Francisco Art Institute, Intensive Arabic at the Arabic Language School at Middlebury College, and obtained a High School Diploma from the Escola Americana de Brasília.

Throughout her career, Gaby has held various key positions, including Vice President, Product at Cultivo; Senior Vice President, Product and Technology at Obama Foundation; Founding Product Head, Marketing Suite at Squarespace; and Product Lead, Content Discovery at Twitter.

She has also worked for notable organizations like Facebook, LASPAU Academic & Professional Programs, Infosys, and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
