Gabriella Zillmer

Gabriella Zillmer is an accomplished Senior Human Resources executive who has worked in the financial services industry and the public sector. She is a talented global human resources professional with deep expertise in compensation, pensions, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee recognition, HR Systems, operations and governance. With extensive experience in the industry, Gabriella is a skilled leader who has held senior positions at the Bank of Montreal including Senior Vice-President for Performance, Rewards and HR Operations till her retirement in March 2020. Her previous roles at the bank include Senior Vice-President for Human Resources, Vice-President and HR Business Partner for Technology and Solutions, Vice-President for HR Shared Services, Director for Executive Resources, and Senior Manager for Organizational Development. Gabriella studied Geography and Economics and holds a BA Honours from Queen's University.
