Gabriella Reynoso

Gabriella Reynoso is a Columbia University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, also an alumna of The Chapin School in New York City.

With over 5 years of experience in recruiting, she has focused on roles in Tech, Sales, Marketing, Admissions, and Instruction at various startups in the NYC Metropolitan Area.

Currently part of the Recruitment Team at HubSpot, she spearheads hiring efforts for Marketing and G&A departments.

Passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, Gabriella prioritizes organizations that challenge the norm, prioritize innovation, and value both customers and employees.

Her previous experiences include roles at Flatiron School and Hired (previously known as Vettery), where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and team building.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Gabriella has been involved in advocacy and mentorship programs, interned at Lambda Legal and StoryCorps, and served as a Mentor & Director of Staff Development at The WomanHOOD Project.
