Gabriela Futemma

Gabriela Futemma is a passionate individual with a strong interest in technology, games, and design. With a background in Industrial Design, she has leveraged programming and design to merge her personal and professional interests, always seeking to create and learn new things.

As a member of the inaugural cohort of the Laboratória bootcamp in Brazil, a social startup empowering women in front-end programming, Gabriela underwent a six-month intensive course focusing on technical skills and socio-emotional competencies crucial for the job market. The bootcamp utilized agile methodologies, working in short-duration sprints and rotating squads of 5 to 6 individuals.

Her proficiency spans various languages, frameworks, libraries, and tools including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, React, Bootstrap, Materialize, Node.js, npm, RESTful API, Regex, unit testing (Mocha, Chai, NYC), UX/UI, Git, and Github.

Education-wise, she has undertaken formal studies in Front-End development at Laboratoria, the Bertelsmann Data Science Challenge Scholarship Course through Udacity Brasil, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from UNINOVE, Technical Web Design at Microcamp, high school at Escola Estadual Professor Ascendino Reis, and START - Digital Art at SAGA - School of Art, Game and Animation.

In her professional journey, Gabriela has served as an RPA Consultant at BDW RPA Solutions, previously held the role of RPA Automation Analyst at DiRWA Brasil, and has experience as a Designer working as a Freelancer.
