Gabriel Serber

Gabriel Serber is the Vice President of Social Impact and Sustainable Development (ESG) at Arcos Dorados, the largest independent franchisee of McDonald's globally.123 He has over 33 years of experience with the company, starting his career as a crew member peeling potatoes in a McDonald's restaurant in Argentina.13
