Gabriel Montoya

Gabriel Montoya is a skilled manager and recruiter with a passion for helping scholars achieve success. In his current role as Manager of Career Services at Hispanic Scholarship Fund, Gabriel focuses on recruitment strategies, interview preparation, and mentorship. Prior to that, he worked as an Analyst in the same department, as well as a Recruiting Consultant, Recruiting Associate, and Operations Associate for AppleOne Employment Services. He has also held positions as an Account Executive for National Debt Relief, LLC and a Canvassing Leader and Organizing Intern for California Clean Money Campaign. Gabriel obtained Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Sociology from California State University-Long Beach, and also studied at Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth (CTY).

In addition to his experience in recruitment and career services, Gabriel is also an experienced freelance digital marketer with expertise in SEM, PPC campaign management, and SEO strategies. He has worked with clients to maximize their return on ad spend using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram ads, while collaborating with content producers to drive quality traffic to their sites.
