Currently, he serves as the Director of Hotel Systems at MGM Resorts International, overseeing the integration and optimization of systems to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

Prior to his role at MGM Resorts International, Gabriel worked at Marriott International as the Senior Manager of Revenue Management Systems Integration, where he played a vital role in streamlining revenue processes.

With a rich history at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Gabriel has served in several capacities, including Global Manager of Revenue Management Systems Initiatives Training, Manager of Revenue Management Systems Business Support, Manager of Centralized Revenue Management Service, and Senior Trainer and Installation Specialist.

His earlier experiences include positions such as Front Office Director of Revenue Management at Four Points by Sheraton Manchester, NH, and Accounts Receivables Supervisor at Sheraton Boston Hotel.
