Gabriel Flory is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He has held various in-house positions in top tier companies and has acquired extensive experience at corporate, regional, and local levels. His wide-ranging expertise includes primary care, specialty care, rare diseases, generics, biosimilars, and consumer healthcare. Gabriel is known for his exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and customer orientation. He has also worked as an entrepreneur and consultant, with consulting experience at Big 4 firms. Gabriel has showcased a high level of professionalism, ethics and integrity throughout his career.

Gabriel has a diverse educational background, including a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Espace Gestion, an MIP in Management from ESC Dijon, and a Maîtrise degree in Business Law from the University of La Rochelle.

Gabriel has held several key positions in reputable companies such as Biogen, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, and Aventis. He has been Lead Legal Counsel at Biogen and has also served as Corporate Counsel at Biogen. Gabriel contributed to F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG as a Compliance Manager for Strategy Standards & Verification - Healthcare Compliance Office and Global Functions Support - Healthcare Compliance Office. Gabriel was a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG and served as Senior Legal Counsel/Lead Lawyer Medical & Nutritional at Johnson & Johnson.

He is a graduate of The Essential Negotiator program at The Gap Partnership and has studied Healthcare Compliance Implementation Leadership Program at INSEAD. Gabriel also holds a D.E.S.S. in Medical law from the University of Poitiers.
