Gabor Molnar

Gabor Molnar is a highly experienced corporate finance attorney with over two decades of private legal practice. He is the founding partner of HBC Solicitors Limited, a London-based law firm specializing in providing legal and business advice to entrepreneurs, senior management, and board of directors in connection with a variety of financings, strategic investments, and corporate event transactions. Molnar International Limited is another boutique corporate finance advisory firm he founded with offices in London and New York. Prior to setting up his firms, Molnar worked as a corporate finance partner at White & Case LLP in London and Johannesburg, where he advised entrepreneurs, senior management, and the board of directors on structuring, executing, and completing various transactions. He is admitted to the New York bar and is on the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales. Molnar studied at several prestigious institutions, including Columbia University School of Law and Eötvös Loránd University, where he received a Doctor of Law degree.
