He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, showcasing his expertise in this field. Additionally, he completed his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at Tel Aviv University.
Professor Siboni currently serves as a Professor at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, where he contributes his knowledge and skills to the academic community. Previously, he held prominent roles including Founder and Editor of the Journal Cyber, Intelligence and Security at INSS Israel, CEO at G. Bina Ltd., and Director of Military and Strategic Affairs Program and Cyber Security Program at INSS Israel.
