Project Manager

As College Hill's Operations Manager, there are 3 primary cross-functional departments that I oversee: Production, Licensing, & Client Services/Account Management. 

Production
- In this role, I oversee company sourcing, project management, supply chain management, vendor relations, logistics, reporting & data analysis, and software platform management.
- The software platforms that I manage include Shopify, Salesforce, and Square. Additionally, I utilized my advanced Excel experience to build a pricing automation system that is used by multiple internal teams on a daily basis. 
- The production department is also responsible for customer invoicing, vendor purchase orders, e-commerce online store development, and accounts payable.
- Efficient problem solving is a daily skill used in this department as there are numerous moving parts and stakeholders involved on projects with firm deadlines at hand.

Licensing 
- As the company’s licensing manager in a highly regulated industry, responsibilities include brand management of over 400 licensed trademarks, submitting approval requests through various licensor website portals, and evaluating the acquisition of new licenses using hard data and metrics to determine which opportunities will provide short and long term profitability. 
- I improved our royalty reporting process to drastically increase efficiency of auditing, formulating, and submitting spreadsheets to licensing entities

Client Services / Accounts
- This role includes customer success, order changes, and successfully solving all escalated customer service issues.
- I am also responsible for managing a book of business which includes seeing orders through from concept to completion (style consultation, price quoting, and delivery of order by deadline).  
- Additionally, I am responsible for product selection, e-commerce website merchandising, and marketing campaign collaboration of our company's brick-and-mortar and online retail store - the Coug Store.

Operations Manager

Account Coordinator

An integral member of the customer service and administration team responsible for day-to-day operations, provided consistent follow up with applicants using proprietary applicant tracking system via Microsoft Access database, presented weekly webinars via GoToWebinar to employer groups while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful enrollment events. 

- Worked alongside software engineering department to develop, test, and implement an automated auditing system that increased process efficiency by over 150%
- Obtained Washington State Life & Disability Insurance Producer’s license within 3 months of employment 
- Pioneered development of department process guides and training manual

LTC Solutions, Inc

Client Service Specialist

Demonstrated responsibilities include running bridal appointments from start to finish, opening and closing boutique, scheduling appointments, creatively merchandising store and window displays, coordinating and marketing store events and collaborations with wedding vendors, as well as updating customer files and communicating with brides during their wedding process. 

- Frequently recognized as earning the highest commissions throughout the pay period
- Promoted to Assistant Manager/Lead Stylist within six months

As an assistant manager/lead stylist, responsibilities increased to importing new inventory into Quickbooks POS system, using Adobe InDesign to create tags for merchandise, and completing Purchase Orders through communication with brand representatives while maintaining strong communication with Velvet Bride clients in the form of extensive e-mail communication.

Lead Stylist/Assistant Manager

Collaborated with store owner/lead buyer to create the product selection and maintained industry knowledge by researching category trends. Confidently selected merchandise for each season while adhering to boutique owner's strict Open To Buy budget, managed inventory data, and scouted new lines as an Assistant Buyer. 

- Spearheaded visual upkeep of the boutique, including styling of window displays, merchandising fixtures, and editorial styling that reflect current trends
- Monitored best-selling styles to ensure lead buyer placed reorders in a timely manner
- Researched suppliers for hardlines and softlines; responsible for initial contact with potential vendors
  
Additional key responsibilities include practicing customer relationship management in a small business setting, maintaining store appearance through creative visual merchandising and social media/email marketing while striving to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through personal styling and exceptional customer service.

Assistant Buyer

Recruited to grow department sales in a competitive team environment. Developed lasting relationships with customers to ensure each customer received the best customer service possible. Responsible for daily department maintenance tasks, monitoring LY goals, and proactively handling customer concerns.

My accomplishments throughout the time I was with Nordstrom include:
- Personal sales of $80,000 over a three-month period
- Recognized as a top performer in forming customer relationships by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts (Nordstrom Retail Card, Nordstrom Visa Card, Nordstrom Debit Card)
- Recruited back to fulfill seasonal roles for five recruiting seasons
- Orchestrated sales efforts for both Half Yearly and Anniversary Sales
- Provided customer service in multiple departments including Point of View, Salon Shoes, Men’s Shoes, and At Home using Fujitsu point-of-sale system
