Gabe Bodhi

Gabe Bodhi is the Founding Partner and CEO of Tekton Group, a real estate private equity firm based in the Greater Denver Area.12 He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including deal origination, due diligence, financing, investor relations, and dispositions.3

Gabe has led more than $50 million in multi-family investments across more than 500 apartment units in metro Denver, including Denver, Lakewood, and other areas.6 His company, Tekton Group, focuses on acquiring, renovating, and operating multi-family real estate assets for cash flow, particularly B/C class properties on the Colorado Front Range.25

Gabe holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has been with Tekton Group since 2012.2 He received his education from Stanford University Graduate School.4
