Fumiko Motohashi

Fumiko Motohashi is a dedicated individual with a strong background in nonprofit and program management, focusing on environmental conservation and community development.

She has gained extensive international experience, such as serving as a JICA volunteer in the Caribbean and undertaking internships in Latin American countries, which fueled her passion for environmental causes.

Fumiko is known for her adaptability, efficiency in multitasking, hard work, creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

She holds a Master's degree in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from California State University-Chico.

Her professional experience includes roles at GRID Alternatives as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Operations Coordinator, SolarCorps Program Fellow, and Workforce Assistant.

Previously, she worked as a Program Analyst/Manager at Source Intelligence, gaining additional experience as a Community Outreach Intern, Summer Intern, and Environmental Educator in various organizations.
