Dr. Frsc Alexander Mayweg is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in organic chemistry. He pursued his education at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, University of Oxford, and Dyson School of Design Engineering. Dr. Mayweg has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry, alongside additional studies at the German School London.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mayweg has held key positions in various organizations. He currently serves as the Managing Director at Versant Ventures, showcasing his leadership and strategic abilities. Previously, he held board director roles at Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Enterprise Therapeutics, and Bright Peak Therapeutics. Moreover, he has served as the President and CSO at Ridgeline Therapeutics and as the Founding CSO at Black Diamond Therapeutics.

Dr. Mayweg's extensive experience includes executive roles at Roche, where he was the Global Head of Medicinal Chemistry, Principal Leader, VP, Head of Antibiotics Disease Area, and Senior Leader in various capacities. He also held leadership positions as Section Head in Discovery Chemistry Technologies & Metabolic Diseases, Site Head of Medicinal Chemistry, and Project Leader in Medicinal Chemistry, among other roles within the organization.
