Frederik Groce

Frederik Groce is a prominent figure in the venture capital landscape, currently serving as a Principal at Storm Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on B2B investments. He has a significant background in the tech industry and venture capital, having previously held the position of Partner at Storm Ventures. Groce is also a co-founder of BLCK VC, an organization dedicated to increasing the representation of Black venture capitalists and supporting the growth of Black-led startups.124

Education and Early Career

Frederik Groce graduated from Stanford University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. His career in venture capital began at Stanford, where he was the CEO of Stanford Student Enterprises, managing various business initiatives for students. This experience paved the way for his role at Storm Ventures, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become a Partner within five years.145
