Frederick Virgin

Frederick Virgin is a seasoned consultant and executive coach with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and human resources. An alumnus of Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, he has also completed several management programs and certifications from prestigious institutions such as Cornell and GE Crotonville.

Frederick's career spans over two decades, during which he held several leadership positions in major corporations, including Global Head/Director of Training - Technical Operations at Shire, Senior Vice President - Community Bank Learning & Development at Union Bank, and Senior Director, Learning & Development - Ethicon at Johnson & Johnson. He also served as Global HR Director - Talent Management, Recruiting & Learning & Development at Johnson & Johnson, Senior Vice President - Human Resources at GE Capital, Vice President - Mortgage Lending Training at Washington Mutual (now Chase), and National Director of Training and Quality at T-Mobile USA.

Currently, Frederick is the owner and consultant at PENNHURST Coaching and Consulting, LLC, where he uses his expertise to help organizations with talent management, learning and development, and executive coaching.
