Frederick Tye is a full-time MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management with a focus on digital transformation, specifically in implementing cloud solutions for business advancement. He aims to venture into value consulting and strategic business development within the SaaS industry post-MBA. Prior to Kellogg, Frederick held a managerial position at KPMG Advisory, where he specialized in organizational change, aiding various top organizations in preparing their workforce for transformation. His professional expertise extends across industries like Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail, Energy, and State & Local Government. He holds a bachelor's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Frederick also pursued Chinese Language studies at Peking University.
