Fred Rieck is a seasoned engineering and management professional with decades of experience in the communications industry. He has worked on international projects, led teams of up to 75 people, and has extensive knowledge of sub-meter to 13m satellite terminals, routers, switches, wireless, compressed telephony, and sync/async data. His background also includes military and DOD logistics management.

Rieck received a certificate in Wideband communications and Jet propulsion with honors from the Community College of the Air Force. He has held various senior product management, engineering, and development roles at ST Engineering iDirect, Comtech Command & Control Technologies, TeleCommunication Systems, and General Dynamics C4 Systems. Rieck also founded FR Comms and held positions at ACT Networks Inc. and STM Group.
