Fred Guerra is an accomplished professional with a strong background in education and public policy.
He holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in History, both from Texas State University.
Fred has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as the Director, Public Policy & Education at the Dallas Regional Chamber and as the Press Secretary at the Texas House of Representatives.
