Fred Glickman is the Vice President of International Operations at Enterprise Florida, a position he has held since June 2008. He is based in Miami Beach, Florida, and has over 30 years of experience in international business development, project management, and cross-cultural communications. Glickman leads a team of professionals across 14 offices on five continents, focusing on attracting foreign direct investment to Florida and assisting local companies in exporting their products and services internationally.12

His career includes assignments in more than 30 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and he has lived in various locations, including Kuwait, Bahrain, and the Ivory Coast. Glickman has a strong background in negotiating international alliances and managing strategic relationships with foreign government agencies and trade associations.12 Prior to his current role, he served as the Managing Director of International Offices at Enterprise Florida from February 1998 to May 2008.1
