Fraser Patterson has a diverse background in the construction industry, having worked in various roles such as an apprentice, journey carpenter, general contractor, lecturer, mentor, executive, and serial entrepreneur.

He is passionate about the construction industry but recognizes the challenges it faces, especially with the current skills gap resulting from the retiring workforce and the impact of Covid-19.

Fraser's focus is on addressing the need for a quality talent pipeline in construction, making informed hiring decisions, efficient onboarding processes, and retaining workers. He also aims to empower workers to understand their value and connect them with top employers while facilitating skill acquisition.

He is the Founder of Skillit, a platform that aims to bridge the gap between construction firms and skilled workers, providing solutions for efficient talent management.

Fraser Patterson has a strong educational background, having studied Anthropology at the University of East London, Carpentry & Joinery at Edinburgh College, Mathematics at King's College London, and also attended Fort Augustus Abbey School.

With a wealth of experience in leadership positions, Fraser has been associated with organizations such as Bolster, Porch, Endeavor, CENTRO diseño - cine - televisión, and Onis Vida, where he held roles like Co-Founder, Chairman, VP, CEO, Mentor, and Executive Director.
