Fraser Edwards

Fraser Edwards is the director of wireless systems at Cambridge Consultants Wireless and Digital Services Division. With a background in physics and wireless engineering, he is instrumental in engaging with clients, conceptualizing solutions rooted in physics, developing mathematical models, and overseeing the team to achieve practical outcomes.

Cambridge Consultants, where Fraser works, has a rich history of 60 years in blending traditional and cutting-edge technologies to innovate disruptive products and services. Situated across Europe, North America, and Asia, the company caters to a diverse client base ranging from startups to industry titans. Recently, Cambridge Consultants integrated into Capgemini Invent, a global technology leader.

Before joining Cambridge Consultants, Fraser spearheaded the RF Systems group at Nortel Networks, the UK research division of the prominent Canadian telecommunications firm. Nortel Networks, previously known as the Standard Telecommunication Laboratories, has a legacy in pioneering digital and optical fiber communications.

Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The University of St Andrews and is credited as an inventor on multiple wireless-related patents. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise in wireless communications, physics, and leading teams to deliver innovative solutions.
