Frans Maas

Frans Maas is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in various leadership roles across well-known organizations.

He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Organizational Design & Development and completed an Honours Programme on Reflections on Professions at Radboud University Nijmegen. Frans also studied Chinese economy & financial markets during an Honours summer school at Fudan University. Furthermore, he obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from Radboud University Nijmegen after completing high school at Atheneum level at S.G. Weredi.

Frans Maas has held several key positions including Chief of Staff, Managing Director, and Co-Managing Director at Daraz. Prior to his roles at Daraz, he served as the Managing Director - Jovago at Rocket Internet SE, Operations Manager at Helpling, and Global Venture Developer at Kaymu within the same organization. Frans also contributed his expertise as a Project Coach for the Unilever research project and as a Delegate at the Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School. His experience includes roles at Unilever, United Netherlands, Knaek Promotions B.V., Gyan in New Delhi, India, Integrand Nijmegen, and Cafe Faber.
