Frankie Guros

Frankie Guros is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist with a passion for diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, as well as environmental issues. She attended Northgate High School before obtaining a B.A. in journalism from Pacific University, and then an M.S./Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University. Frankie has held numerous positions throughout her career, including People Research Scientist and Learning and Development Analyst, People Analytics at Facebook, Senior Research Assistant at Oregon Health & Science University, and Training & Development Consultant at Work Life Help. She has also worked with Vantage Point, Nike, InsideTrack, and Portland State University as a Survey Consultant, Training Intern/Consultant, Graduate Research Assistant, Research Assistant, and InsideTrack Coach, respectively. Frankie is on a mission to help HR leaders make informed decisions about their employees and to make the world a better place through her work.<br><br>
