He has also acted as a Virtual Economy Analyst at East Side Games and as a Lead Game Designer at Rolling Biscuit Software. Frank's expertise is not limited to the gaming industry, however - he has also worked as a Business Analyst (Process Improvement) at Westport Innovations and as an External Auditor at KPMG LLP (Canada).

In a former life, Frank even co-founded and served as the lead product manager for Dyeem, a project management software company.
