Currently serving as the head of legal and corporate development at Founders Factory, a renowned multi-sector venture studio and early-stage investor with a global presence.

In his current role, Frank Webster is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth and operational aspects of internal legal functions at Founders Factory. He actively leads negotiations for international expansion, investments, partnerships, and commercial deals. Additionally, he offers guidance to a diverse portfolio of 250+ companies within the Founders Factory network and represents the UK arm of Founders Factory on various boards, collaborating with reputed investors such as Mediobanca, Rio Tinto, and 54 Collective.

Throughout his career, Frank Webster has successfully facilitated multi-million-dollar investment deals with major corporate entities across different sectors and geographies.
