Frank Sinito

Frank Sinito is the founder of Millennia Housing Management and Millennia Housing Development, entities focusing on the management and acquisition of multi-family affordable housing communities. In 2007, he established American Preservation Builders, LLC to serve as the general contractor for his existing companies. In 2013, he founded Millennia Housing Capital, offering real estate services tailored to the affordable and market rate multifamily industry, emphasizing equity and debt placement, acquisitions, and asset management.

Frank's ventures have culminated in The Millennia Companies, a vertically integrated organization with a diverse economic structure and a growing portfolio of communities. The Millennia Companies are poised for further growth and expansion, with plans to enter new markets and states.

Frank Sinito pursued his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance at Cleveland State University. Currently, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Millennia Companies.
