Frank Silva is a seasoned strategic growth equity partner and a board observer at Forefront Telecare and Health Decisions. With a focus on healthcare and pharma information technology, as well as tech-enabled business services companies, he enjoys working with entrepreneurs bringing disruptive technologies to the market. Frank went to Middlebury College and studied politics, economics, and venture capital. Prior to joining Boston Millennia Partners as a principal, he co-founded STUDIO 33 and was a member of Charleston Angel Partners and Triangle Angel Partners.
