Frank Lee

Frank Lee, an experienced managing director and founder, has an impressive professional background that spans across various industries. He is currently managing director and founder at Tech JDI where he offers venture support services to help fast scaling series A/B/C tech companies grow their 2nd tech teams in Vietnam. Frank helps manage all aspects of company operations and portfolio companies in TNF Ventures, a seed-stage investor with 20 portfolio companies.

Further elaborating on his background, Frank began his career at IBM (GTS ASEAN) as an IT specialist before assuming various roles in ST InfoComms and iGINE Business Collaboration as a software engineer. He served as a project lead at Dimension Data before delving deeper into the investment world with stints as an investment advisor at Carrington RHT Wealth, Scout at Saison Capital, and Partner at TNF Ventures Pte Ltd.

Aside from being an entrepreneur, Frank is more than willing to support other startups as a mentor. He was a startup mentor for NUS-ESG Venture Building Program, Republic Polytechnic, and Quest Ventures (Vietnam GIA). He was also an AWS Scout at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he could offer free AWS credits.

Frank has also completed several certifications, including IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation at EXIN, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM) Associate at Singapore Computer Society, and Sun Certified Java Programmer 6.0, among others. His educational background also includes studying computing/computer engineering at the National University of Singapore, A levels at Raffles Institution, PSLE at Westlake Primary School, and O levels at Raffles Institution. He also studied Introduction to Blockchain Technology with Ethereum & Solidity Smart Contracts at Temasek SkillsFuture Academy, where he received a Certificate of Performance.
