Frank Holmes

Frank Holmes is a growth-focused executive leader with a strong background in financial planning, corporate development, real estate, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and general management. He has leveraged his expertise to lead the development of corporate strategic plans, create informative budgets for prioritization and accountability, as well as engage in board presentations and discussions on major initiatives. Frank holds an MBA from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business. He has held senior leadership positions in finance at Signet Jewelers, where he served as Senior Vice President Finance, Vice President of Strategic Finance & Capital Planning, and Vice President of Real Estate & Store Planning Strategy and Analysis. Prior to his tenure at Signet Jewelers, Frank also held roles at Zale Corporation as Director of Real Estate and Director of Corporate Planning, as well as at RadioShack in Business Operations Finance.
