He studied Organizational Leadership at Penn State University and holds an MBA from Brandman University. With excellent customer relations skills, Frank has successfully served thousands of customers of all sizes, nurturing warm and professional relationships. He served in the US Navy for seven years, and his passion for reading reflects his broad interest in contemporary business trends, technology innovations, and domestic and world events. As a Certified Risk Management Consultant (CRMC) and a Sales Application Engineer, Frank conducted workshops concerning identity theft and legal risk and developed product solutions for diverse businesses and employees.
