Frank Forster

Frank Forster is a seasoned digital executive specializing in digital transformation and eco-systems.

With a rich background in the insurance industry, Frank joined Allianz Global Benefits in 2021 as MD and Chief Transformation Officer.

His journey in Allianz includes being part of the founding team at Allianz Direct and co-founding Allianz Ventures, later known as Allianz X.

Frank's expertise extends to cybersecurity initiatives, having co-founded CSSA e.V. and DCSO for Allianz SE.

His career at Allianz started in 2011 as Chief of Staff and Head of IT Strategy & Innovation for the Group CIO.

Frank completed his MBA in Management of Innovation and Technology from Portland State University and Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) in International Business from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University.

Before his current role, Frank held positions such as Global Transformation Lead at Allianz Global Investors and Founder and CEO at Simply Real Nutrition GmbH.

Additionally, he has diverse experience in marketing, business development, and digital business models within Allianz.

Frank's industry insights were also honed during his tenure at Intuit as Vice President Corporate Strategy and at The Boston Consulting Group Inc. as a Principal.
