Frank Fan is a highly experienced industry professional with a deep understanding of operational and information technologies. With a Master's Degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Polytechnique Montréal, Frank's diverse work experience has equipped him with a comprehensive set of capabilities in both OT and IT. His background extends from working as a System Design Engineer at Areva to Senior Manager at PwC, where he was involved in the operation and strategy advisory. Frank has also contributed to IBM's Global Development Laboratory, serving as Director of Product Development and New Business Executive Director for IBM Great China.

In his most recent roles as APAC Strategy Senior Director and Great China Consulting and Solution Senior Director at Infor and Dell Technologies, respectively, Frank developed and led tailored solutions and services for specific clients' businesses. He has a keen appreciation of the experience of operation and strategy advisory and has worked for clients across the Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer, Fin-tech, Chemical and Energy industries. Frank has also executed GTM for Koch-Infor GC and Korea.

Frank prides himself on working closely with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and CDOs to ensure that their company's roadmaps and strategies align with their vision. He possesses a deep appreciation and understanding of data governance, digital transformation, and emerging technologies such as Cloud, IoT, and Big Data.
