Frank Chmielewski is a distinguished professional holding membership in the PA Bar, NJ Bar, and DC Bar (inactive). He serves as a Federal Arbitrator in the Eastern District, PA, and as an Arbitrator in the Montgomery County, PA, Court of Common Pleas. Additionally, Frank Chmielewski is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in good standing, an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), and a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU).
Currently, Frank Chmielewski holds the position of Director of Assessments at The Institutes, having a diverse professional background that encompasses roles such as judicial clerk, trial attorney, claims attorney, and claims specialist in various areas such as medmal, lawyers liability, construction defects, and professional and municipal liability.
Moreover, Frank Chmielewski is actively engaged in the CPCU Society as the Liaison to the Coverage, Litigators, Educators & Witnesses (CLEW) Interest Group. He has co-authored publications like 'Microinsurance 101' and authored articles including 'Study Tips From An Institutes Insider' and 'Dealing With School Violence Begins With A Plan'. Furthermore, Frank Chmielewski has moderated webinars on ethics, claims productivity, and other insurance-related topics for the CPCU Society.
Outside his professional endeavors, Frank Chmielewski has been involved in community service as a Deacon and Elder at Supplee Presbyterian Church, assuming roles such as Moderator and Clerk of Session. Frank Chmielewski pursued his JD in Law at Penn State Dickinson Law and completed a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing through Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
