Frank Chen

Frank Chen is currently the Special Projects Lead at Slack, where he focuses on enhancing developer productivity and improving internal tooling. He has been with Slack for approximately two years, during which he has played a significant role in guiding teams on how to utilize tracing to enhance observability and address issues such as test flakiness in their continuous integration (CI) infrastructure.
