Chief Supply Chain Operations Officer
Frank Cervi is the Chief Supply Chain Operations Officer (CSCOO) at Mondelēz International, a leading global snacking company with net revenues of approximately $36 billion in 2023. In his role, Cervi oversees the supply chain operations across 136 plants and nearly 60,000 employees worldwide, focusing on sustainability and resilience within the supply chain.12
Cervi joined Mondelēz in 2015 as Senior Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Europe. He later took on various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation for the Global Supply Chain, where he established a central analytics team to develop data-driven solutions.12 He was appointed CSCOO in October 2022, succeeding Sandra MacQuillan, and reports directly to the CEO, Dirk Van de Put.34
Before his tenure at Mondelēz, Cervi accumulated over 30 years of experience in engineering, research and development, and supply chain roles with companies such as Unilever, Best Foods, and Reckitt Benckiser, living and working in ten countries across three continents.125 He also serves as an advisor for Sigmoid, a data engineering and analytics firm.2
