Francisco Zinser

Francisco Zinser is an accomplished hospitality executive with a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years in the hotel and tourism industry.
He currently serves as the Executive Vice Chairman of Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe, where he previously held the position of CEO. Additionally, he has held key roles such as Director General of Strategy and Development at NH Hoteles and Director General of Operations within the sector.
Zinser holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac, with a specialization in finance. He is multilingual, fluently speaking English, German, and Spanish.
Throughout his career, Zinser has been instrumental in the acquisition of over 150 hotels across various countries. His experience ranges from managerial positions to Director of Hotels, working in urban hotels and resorts of different star ratings.
As a founding Director General of Grupo Chartwell, a significant hotel chain in Mexico, Zinser has also served as President of the National Association of Hotel Chains (ANCH). He is an active member of the National Tourism Business Council of Mexico and the Advisory Board of Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland.
Under Zinser's leadership, Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe has experienced significant growth, with a 50% increase in the number of rooms in the past 12 months. He played a pivotal role in the successful Primary Initial Public Offering of Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe back in September 2014.
Zinser's extensive experience, leadership skills, and strategic vision have positioned him as a respected figure in the hospitality industry, both in Mexico and internationally.
